Electricity and Water Issues in WIN Society

In Shipra Sun City the electricity and water issue is creating a disturbance.People are worried that the increased tariff and fix charges will improve the quality of service or not?
Concerned persons told that they are negotiating the tariff and will try to reduce the demand of management. But this is sure that the tariff is going to be increased now. After all for better services one has to pay more. The WIN society executives should take care of the pocket of residents too.

One Quote

Friends,
" Either find a way or make your own......."
This is qote which inspires to those who dare to do some extraordinary works or innovative inventions.
In fact, life is full of opportunities and challenges. The extreme goals can be achieved by the fittest only. So, never use 'impossible', rather use possible but tough to achieve, as sky is not the limit for trend setters.

Trusting in God will not make the mountain smaller, but will make climbing easier.
Do not ask Him for a lighter load, ask for stronger back.

I Also Feel My Dears ?

THE FERN AND THE BAMBOO

ONE DAY I DECIDED TO QUIT…

I QUIT MY JOB, MY RELATIONSHIP, MY SPIRITUALITY….

I WANTED TO QUIT MY LIFE.

I WENT TO THE WOODS TO HAVE ONE LAST TALK WITH GOD.

“God”, I said. ”Can you give me one good reason not to quit?”

His answer surprised me.

“Look around”, He said. “Do you see the fern and the bamboo?”

“Yes”, I replied.

“When I planted the fern and the bamboo seeds, I took very good care of

them. I gave them light. I gave them water.

The fern quickly grew from the earth. Its brilliant green covered the

floor. Yet nothing came from the bamboo

seed. But I did NOT quit on the bamboo.

“In the second year the fern grew more vibrant and plentiful. And again,

nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I

did NOT quit on the bamboo.

“In year three there was still nothing from the bamboo seed. But I would

NOT quit. The same in year four.

“Then in the fifth year, a tiny sprout emerged from the earth. Compared

to the fern, it was seemingly small and

insignificant.

“But just six months later, the bamboo rose to over 100 feet tall.

“It had spent the five years growing roots. Those roots made it strong and

gave it what it needed to survive. I

would not give any of my creations a challenge it could not handle.

“Did you know, my child, that all this time you have been struggling, you

have actually been growing roots? I would

NOT quit on the bamboo.. I will NEVER quit on you.

“Don’t compare yourself to others.” He said. “The bamboo had a different

purpose than the fern. Yet they both make

the forest beautiful.

“Your time will come”, God said to me.. ”You will rise high”

“How high should I rise?” I asked.

“How high will the bamboo rise?” He asked in return.

“As high as it can?” I questioned

“Yes.” He said,

“Give me glory by rising as high as you can.”

I left the forest, realizing that God will NEVER give up on me.

And He will NEVER give up on you.

NEVER REGRET A DAY IN YOUR LIFE.

GOOD DAYS GIVE YOU HAPPINESS; BAD DAYS GIVE YOU EXPERIENCES.

BOTH ARE ESSENTIAL TO LIFE.

SO ENJOY EVERY MOMENT OF LIFE……………

...............From my favourite star Amitabh Bachchan's blog............

Friends,
I am enjoying a phase of joy and woe as one great poet has written well, "Joy and woe are woven fine". In this race of life.....as we climb, we fall .... and sometimes you find that to whom you were supporting are pulling you down....... this is time and it happens in life.....!
Thanks for bearing me for this long time;

Every Citizen Should Caste It's Vote

RWA Federation, Ghaziabad and Dainik Jagran are organizing seminars in different areas of Ghaziabad for awakening of residents to cast their votes, as this is their fundamental right and by exercising this right, one can seek a change in the leadership and in selecting the right candidate which is the need for the better growth of our country. The leaders should be at least graduate, fit in mind and body and should be aware about problems of their area. The criminals should be debarred from elections and every citizen of India should cast it's vote.
Confederation of Shipra Sun City and Indirapuram RWA'S also joins hands together in this movement as told by Dr.Rajeev Sharma, Chairman.

A Great Victory

Dear Friends
Finally the team lead by Col.Samar Singh and C P Baliyan won the election of Windsor and Nova Society. The opposition tried its worst to cancel the election but God is Great.A fair election with a huge turn out gave a clear mandate in favour of this team.It was a passion of me and Avesh Tyagi to change the corrupt system and C P Baliyan and other team members worked a lot to achieve this success.
My humble suggestion to this team members is that the road is not smooth as there are a lot of works to be done. In fact the people who voted in 1117 no. and gave a clean sweep with more then 350 votes is because they wanted a change. In fact change is always good if the new team works in an organized way in the interest of residents of Shipra Sun City.
As I have been active for last four years in Shipra, the priorities of this new team should be :-
Security, power, water, sewer, cleanliness, community hall and other activities in the benefit of residents.
The leadership of this team should also include visionaries of different fields, from all walks of life to strengthen the social engineering.
May God bless them;
With love and regards to all team members of Prayas group,

Ganga Water

Dear Friends,
The water level of Ganga is falling day by day. A report of UN is of great concern that by 2030 the Himalayan Glaciers of Ganga may disappear. This is due to change in weather mood and over wastage of ground water. Pollution is also one of the problems.
As a social activist, I request you all to use water conservatively. There are several ways like you can wash your car in a bucket of water rather then wasting hundreds of liters water wasting through pipe.
It is also warned that the next world war may be for water. Our natural resources are at the verge of diminishing. We should act fast by following the right path and creating awareness.

Elections postponed

Dea frnds;
The opposite grp. managed to pospond the elections of WIN society, despite of best efforts from Col.Samarpal and C P Baliyan grp, as election officer resigned just half an hour before the elections.
This is a clear cut humiliation of 2544 flat owners and I personally condemn this act and it is a shame on the existing portfolio bearers. These people should be asked and booked under law for their malafide intentions. Why these guys don't want to face the elections and are not ready to leave the charge ? They are only making money out of the collections of the residents. Misutilisation of public fund is an offence and that too in a defunct society.
We all should prey and act for the best.

Rajeev Sharma
